Earth & Ether Foundation began as a grassroots initiative to empower underrepresented communities through herbal education, holistic wellness, and sustainable practices. Starting with local workshops and small-scale clinics, our mission has always been to reconnect people to the healing power of plants while addressing disparities in health access and promoting environmental stewardship.
From its earliest days, Earth & Ether has focused on bridging gaps in accessibility, preserving plant life, and fostering meaningful connections to self, others, and the earth. We are committed to creating spaces where holistic care and ancestral knowledge are accessible to all.
Our Growth and Leadership
Founded in 2025 by herbalist and holistic wellness advocate Justiene Davis, Earth & Ether Foundation grew from a vision of inclusivity, empowerment, and sustainability. Inspired by the transformative power of herbalism and ancestral practices, Justiene created Earth & Ether to provide accessible resources and care to underserved communities, especially those who have been historically marginalized.
